Bethlehem College had a very successful week on the Basketball court this week. The BC Senior A Boys beat Otumoetai Senior A Boys. It was a really close game that had only one point in it in the third quarter, but with a really committed effort the BC boys came away with a win by 10 points.
The BC Senior A Girls beat the Otumeotai Senior A Team. The game was entertaining and the BC Girls scored several 3 pointers!! The final score was 42 – 36.
In the Junior division the BC A boys beat Te Wharekura o Mauo Junior A Boys. The game was an intense and closely fought game from the opening whistle but the BC boys came through to win by 1 point with an amazing 3 point buzzer beater in the last 2 seconds by Ian Pugh!
