Hockey, Netball and Synchronised Swimming Representative Achievements

Three Bethlehem College First XI Hockey players have been selected in the Midlands regional U18 Women's team to play at the U18 National tournament in Wellington during the next school holidays. Emilie Logan, Meila Eades and Jaimee Eades were the only players from Tauranga selected.

Sarah Wilson and Stella Wilson have been selected in the U17 Bay of Plenty Netball team who will compete in the National tournament during the July School holidays. Both girls have recently been a part of an intensive off season programme lead by Assistant Silver Ferns coach Deb Fuller. Their selection is reflective of the hard work and dedication they have show to their fitness and tactical play.

Eden Worsley, Charlotte McColl and Greta Nemedi competed in the North Island Synchronised swimming championships in the weekend. Eden and her partner Isobel Petit (former Bethlehem College student) cam first in their duet and Greta and Charlotte got second in their duet. They have now qualified to compete in the National competition later on this year. Eden leaves for the world Synchronised Swimming championships next week and we wish her the best of luck!
