Exercising the Physical

Participating in sports encourages your children to be active, healthy and to learn about competition and working as a team. It’s one of our key learning areas because we believe it’s an essential life skill.

Notices & Cancellations

We offer a wide range of summer and winter sporting codes coordinated by our Primary Sports Coordinator. We have annual swimming, athletics and cross country events that all students take part in and send representative teams to participate in Tauranga and Bay of Plenty school events.

As part of the curriculum, students are involved in physical education activities regularly, including fundamental skills development and fitness. All students take part in class games and participate in school-wide events.

Below you’ll find a table showing all the sports available to students, split into summer (Term 1 and 4) and winter sections (Term 2 and 3). If you’re interested in your child playing one of these sports, click the REGISTER link. This will take you to a specific page telling you all about that sport, including details of registration.
