The North Island Synchronised Swimming Championships were held recently with Bethlehem College exceeding expectations in a range of categories. Ella Claydon was second in the Aquarinas Duet, Ella and Sarah Lee were part of a team who were second in the Aqua Combo Team, Eden Worsley was first in the following categories:    Junior Tech Duet, Junior Free, Duet, Senior Free Team and Open free combination.                                                 

Last week the Bay of Plenty / Mid Island Secondary School Cross Country Championships were held. Over 260 students took part with Bethlehem College doing well in many of the categories. Summar Tanner won the Year 9 Girls race, Eleanor Nash came 9th place and Paige Farmer took out 16th place which placed Bethlehem College 2nd amongst the school standings at this year level. In the Year 9 Boys race Ian Pugh placed 2nd, Caleb Browne was 10th and Hank Ahearn was 18th place which once again put Bethlehem College in 2nd place. Sam Tanner won the mixed Intermediate / Senior Boys race, Logan Tanner was 6th and Luke Whitwell placed 15th and Bethlehem College once again placed second in the schools event.
