Position Description

Junior Secondary ORS Additional Teacher – Part-time (minimum 0.2), Fixed term 

 

The successful applicant will join the Bethlehem College Learning Support team, working alongside 2 other ORS teachers, and the SENCO. They will develop appropriate learning programmes for 2 students who will be transitioning into Year 7 (ORS 0.2). Applicants are required to have an active personal Christian faith.

Position start date: Term 1, 2019. However, it is expected that the successful applicant will participate in transition visits during Term 4.

Position Description

Helpdesk/Field Technician - Full time, Fixed term

A position exists for a Helpdesk/Field Technician. The successful applicant must have strong communication skills, tech knowledge and interest in the field.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Must have in depth experience of all Microsoft desktop operating systems from Windows 7 onward
• The ideal candidate would preferably have hands on experience with the following systems
• Office 365, Google Suite, Monitoring Software, Windows Server,
• Apple MDM solutions (Zuludesk)
• Ticket based problem management
• Network diagnostic skills
• AV diagnostics (projectors and TVs, video cables, general diagnostics and repair)
• First line computer repair
• Monitoring backups (on site and off site)
• Switch configuration and monitoring

This is a busy role working in a tight-knit team, demarcation lines overlap but customer satisfaction is the driving force. The role offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development. If you are a people person that can think outside the box you should apply for this position.
