Office Administrator - Secondary School (Reception & Relief) - Permanent, Part-time Applications close: Monday 27th June, 2022
| Applications are open for a permanent, part-time Secondary School Office Administrator (Reception and Relief) at our Bethlehem, Tauranga campus. The role is exciting with a lot of variety. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will learn new skills to be able to provide relief cover for other positions during times of absences. The position is part-time, 35 hours per week working from 8.00 am – 3:30 pm daily for 40 weeks per year (you will not be required to work during the school holidays). Some extra and after-hours working may be necessary on occasions to support special events. The potential candidate will have previous administration and reception experience and be willing to deliver exceptional administration service to the College. Teacher Aide, Secondary School - Fixed Term, Part-time Applications close: Friday 1st July, 2022
| A Fixed-term, part-time position has become available at our Tauranga campus, for a Teacher Aide. The successful candidate will join our team of teacher aides working in our Secondary School, Y7-13, in an inclusion focused school. The positions are for between 18 and 24 hours per week, providing in-class support. Flexibility is required to meet the changing needs of the students and the Learning Support team. Additional hours and positions may be available on a casual basis. The pay scale for this position is in accordance with the Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement, Grade B. The role is paid during the school year, term time only plus holiday pay.
