Sport
Welcome to Bethlehem College Sports
My role is to oversee sport at Bethlehem College. We view sport as part of the curriculum here and expect all students to participate in at least one sports team or activity each year. I welcome your contact and communication through email and please keep us up to date with students sporting achievements (and send photos too). Most of the sports activities we participate in are those sanctioned by the Sport Bay of Plenty and NZ Secondary Schools Sports Council. Check out their website: www.sportbop.co.nz and www.nzsssc.org.nz for all information.

EMERGING TALENT/HIGH PERFORMANCE SPORTS PROGRAMME
Bethlehem College and Pat Wigley from the Bay Sports Med Clinic have established a high performance programme for students wishing to maximise their sports performance (from Year 9). The sports office is located in T Block downstairs (T106) opposite the Canteen. In the office you will find not just me but also Anne-Marie Mildren, sports administrator. Sue Furmage, the Primary Sports Co-ordinator, has relocated to L Block to the original Reception office with effect from Term 4. Her phone number is 5791807.
