My role is to oversee the development and implementation of service and leadership training for students across Years 1 - 13.

Bethlehem College aspires to influence the way the next generation of Christian leaders will choose to invest their time, resources, gifts/talents, thoughts, energy, passion, and hearts.

Service & Leadership Training (S.A.L.T.) aims to combine academic classroom curriculum with meaningful experiences outside of the classroom both here in New Zealand and overseas.
We have discovered that experiential learning through community involvement is one of the most impacting forms of education. Our aim is to integrate into our curriculum meaningful community service and leadership that will enrich the learning experience by providing exposure for students to an array of leaders, cultures, and biblical truths.
We know that our students have the ability to bridge generational cultures and use their gifts and talents in a way that is relevant and effective. We believe that we can make a difference by transforming the hearts and minds of students through these experiences to a lifestyle of service and leadership.
